Biography

Dr. Rekha Manghnani is a board-certified physician based in San Jose, California, specializing in Pediatric care. She has been officially designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Civil Surgeon — a physician authorized to perform Form I-693, the medical examination required of nearly all applicants for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident.

Dr. Manghnani is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her practice serves applicants and their families from across the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Fremont, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Hayward, Union City, and surrounding cities.
