No extra exam fee for follow-ups, RFEs or a redone I-693

The $350 is for the physical examination by Dr. Manghnani. For the same application, we don't charge it again — not for follow-up visits, not if USCIS sends a Request for Evidence (RFE) for your medical exam, and not if your Form I-693 needs to be redone. If new lab tests or vaccines are needed, we tell you the cost first.

Family discount

Families of more than 2 people having their exams together receive $50 off the exam fee for each family member after the first two. Labs are not discounted.

Example: two adults (ages 36 and 34) and two children (ages 8 and 4): exam fees $1,400 + labs $390 − family discount $100 = $1,690.

Insurance and payment

The I-693 exam is an immigration requirement, so health insurance usually does not cover it. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle and HSA cards.
